Foundation Center – New York location

The Foundation Center’s (FC) mission is to “strengthen the nonprofit sector by advancing knowledge about U.S. philanthropy“. The FC is a great resource to learn about foundations, philanthropy, and research funding in the US. The website links to foundation-sponsored reports, funding trends and news, a catalog of nonprofit literature, and other resources for both grantseekers (individual and nonprofit) and grantmakers. The New York City location offers free training opportunities and seminars and access to resources and is walking distance from Baruch College.
