Intersession and Summer hours

Below are the Newman Library hours for the intersession and summer sessions. Please note that the service desks, such as Circulation and Reference, have different hours which can be found on the library’s hours page or by calling (646) 312-1600.

Intersession 2007 Schedule
May 26 – June 3, 2007: Library Closed to the General Public
Baruch faculty may enter the Newman Library. Also, patrons who need to clear their library accounts or return equipment may go to the Circulation Desk. Graduating students and their families are also welcome to visit the library and take pictures.
The book drop will be located on the 1st floor of the 25th Street building beyond the turnstiles.

Summer 2007 Schedule: June 4 – June 24, 2007
Monday – Saturday, 7:00 am – Midnight.
Closed on Sundays.

Summer 2007 Schedule: June 25 – August 16, 2007
Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – Midnight.
Closed on Fridays*, Saturdays, & Sundays.
*Exception: Friday, July 6th. The library will be open 7:00 am – Midnight.
Holiday: Wednesday, July 4th, Library will be closed.

August 17 – August 26, 2007: Library Closed to the General Public

August 17 – August 24, (Monday – Friday) 9:00 a.m. – 4:50 p.m.

****Please note that email and chat reference services (Ask a Librarian) continue even when the physical library is closed.
