US Government Accountability Office (GAO)

The US Governement Accountability Office is an agency working for Congress that evaluates federal programs, audits federal expenditures, and issues legal opinions. The GAO website posts their reports and testimonies (from the 1960s – present) and legal decisions issued by the Comptroller General. Browse for documents by date, topics and government agency.
