Bankscope database

Posted by lrath on October 11, 2007

Bankscope is a comprehensive, global database containing information on public and private banks. It includes information on 25,000 banks around the world. It combines data from the main information provider, Fitch Ratings, and nine other sources, with software for searching and analysis.

Newman librarians also like this database for the valuable bundled reports from Economist Intelligence Unit. EIU Country Finance Report and EIU Country Risk Reports are available by clicking on “Ratings Services” after connecting to the database.
